What software do InterNACHI inspectors recommend?

There is no single answer. InterNACHI members use many programs and choose for themselves. When they compare software, the same points come up: report time, an app that keeps up, price at volume, client data and support.

Buy-Back Guarantee, registered when you publish

InterNACHI’s “We’ll Buy Your Home Back” Guarantee needs each inspection registered within 30 days. If you offer it, Hive does the registering for you.

  • You pick the services

    Switch on each service that includes the guarantee. Inspections booked with it, including online bookings, get “Submit to InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee” ticked. You can untick it for any one job.

  • Hive registers it when you publish

    When you publish the first report, Hive sends the property address to InterNACHI. The inspection shows the guarantee ID and a Verify link.

  • Problems show up where you work

    If InterNACHI turns a registration down, for example over an expired card, it appears under Needs attention with the fix and a Resubmit button.

  • Hive charges nothing for it

    InterNACHI bills the card you keep on file with them for each registration, the same as registering on nachi.org.

Turn it on in four steps

  1. 1Check you have the three things InterNACHI asks for: Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) status, enrolment in the Buy-Back Guarantee program, and a valid card on file with InterNACHI.
  2. 2In Hive, go to Business Tools, then InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee, and click Connect InterNACHI account. Sign in at nachi.org and approve.
  3. 3Click Check enrollment, then Send test submission. The test checks your setup without charging anything.
  4. 4Choose the services that include the guarantee. Then schedule and publish as usual.
