A monthly plan charges you every month, even the months you inspect twice. If you inspect on weekends or alongside another job, the 10-report pack lets you buy 10 reports at a time, $9.90 each, instead. You get the same app as a full-time inspector: the report writer, the AI tools, online booking, agreements and payments.

Only offer the hours you can inspect

Set your working hours and bookable start times, such as Saturdays or weekday evenings. Online booking only offers open slots inside those hours.

Connect your Google Calendar and its events block time too. Put a shift at your other job in Google Calendar and clients can’t book over it.

Charge more for weekends

Add a fee for specific days or times, such as weekends or after hours. You set it per service, under its add-ons and fees.

Pick up where you left off

Weeks between inspections make it hard to remember your own comments. Describe a finding in Smart Add and it finds the closest comment in your template, or drafts one for you to approve.

How does the 10-report pack work?

You buy 10 reports for $99 ($9.90 each), with no monthly plan. It is for single-inspector businesses.

Are the AI tools included in the pack?

Yes. Smart Add, AI Comment Assist and Context Layer are included, with no usage cap.

Can I add a second inspector to the pack?

No. The pack is for one inspector. Teams use the monthly or annual plan, at $69/month per extra inspector, or $599/year on the annual plan.

What does Hive cost at 3 or 5 inspections a month?

On packs, $29.70 a month at 3 inspections and $49.50 a month at 5. That is $9.90 a report. On the monthly plan it would be $99 either way.

When does a plan cost less than packs?

The monthly plan is $99 however many inspections you do, so at 10 or more a month it costs the same as packs or less. The annual plan is $999/year. Ten packs cover 100 reports for $990, so at 8 inspections a month or fewer, packs cost less. At 9 or more every month, the annual plan does.

Can clients book me only when I am free?

Yes. You set your working hours and bookable start times, and online booking only offers open slots. Events in your connected Google Calendar block those times too.

Can I charge more for weekend inspections?

Yes. Each service can have a charge for specific days or times, such as weekends or after hours. You set it under the service’s add-ons and fees.
