Yes. We help move or rebuild HomeGauge report templates and narrative libraries into Hive Inspect, along with contacts, services, and business settings where export access allows.

What data can Hive Inspect help transfer?

Report templates, comment and narrative libraries, client and realtor contacts, agreements, services, add-ons and modifiers, business information, team members, signatures, business hours, time zone, location tags, and email templates and automations where available.

How long does switching to Hive Inspect take?

Most inspectors are writing reports in Hive Inspect within the same week. Account setup takes well under an hour, and template and comment work runs alongside your normal schedule so you are never without a working reporting tool.

Do I have to cancel my current software first?

No, and we recommend you do not. Keep your current subscription running until your Hive Inspect templates have been through a real inspection and you are happy with the output.

What happens to my old reports?

Completed reports normally stay with the platform that produced them, so keep access until you have downloaded any archive you need. Talk to us early about record-retention requirements in your state.

Can you migrate a multi-inspector company?

Yes. Multi-inspector migrations involve shared templates, per-inspector settings, roles, and pay splits, so we scope those with you before starting rather than running a single bulk import.
