From the Template Hub to a published TREC report
- 1On the Templates page, open the Template Hub and click Special PDF Only.
- 2Click Import Template on TREC REI 7-6. It joins your template list with a Special tag.
- 3Add the template to the service you use for Texas inspections.
- 4Inspect and write the report as usual. Fill in the ratings for each section.
- 5Click PDF, then View PDF in the web editor to check the filled-in form. Then publish.
Worth knowing before you start
- Import the form from the Template Hub. A TREC template uploaded from other software prints as a regular Hive report.
- Don’t add, remove or move sections, subsections or comments. Each one maps to a spot on the form. Changing a comment’s wording is fine.
- A section with no ratings may not appear on the TREC PDF.
- The web preview doesn’t show the form. Check the PDF before you publish.
