The short answer
Home inspectors use AI to write the words, not to find the defects. You describe a finding in a few words, and the AI either finds the matching comment in your own template or drafts a full comment for you to check: what it is, why it matters and what to do. You still walk the house, decide what's a defect and approve every line.

1. Turn a short note into a full comment
You type a few words, such as "leaky faucet under kitchen sink", and the AI drafts the comment name and description. A good draft says what you saw, why it matters and what the client should do next.

- Read every draft. Treat AI text as a first draft. The minute you spend reading it is what keeps your reputation intact.
